We had a thermostat that was old. On a very cold night this week we didn’t have heat at all. We are seniors and it was quite cool in our home. I messaged Mathieu that evening as well as first thing the next morning. He was here at 7:30 in the morning with another gentleman. Replaced the thermostat with a brand new one. We have had this company service our A/C as well. The ultimate best for their service. They are always on time and are very neat and considerate of your home. Their rates are reasonable.
